The rules for using Grailwatch and its alerts.

The service
Grailwatch, operated by Amaury Lavoine, watches trading card listings on third-party marketplaces and alerts you according to the thresholds you choose. Grailwatch is not a marketplace: it never reserves, buys or bids on your behalf and takes no part in transactions.
Your account
You sign in with Google or Discord and remain responsible for access to that account. An account is personal. Access may be suspended for abuse, including automated requests or attempts to bypass the service’s limits.
Prices, market values and listings
Prices, market values and histories are indicative and come from third-party sources (including eBay and market data providers). A listing can change or disappear between observation and your visit. Always check the card, its condition, the seller, shipping, taxes and final price on the marketplace before buying. A market value is not a professional appraisal.
Alerts
Alerts are sent on a best-effort basis, with no guaranteed delay or delivery. An alert does not guarantee a card’s availability or price. You can turn alerts off at any time in your settings.
Market data
Market values shown are for personal viewing on Grailwatch only. Extracting, bulk copying or redistributing them is prohibited.
Free and Premium access
Free access and its limits are described on the Pricing and access page. No payment is requested until a paid plan is presented there with its terms.
Liability
Grailwatch is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for purchases made on third-party sites, errors in data sources, or losses caused by a service interruption.
